Absolutely Fantastic
The show was spectacular, it was my first time at the opera and I was fascinated. The singers, dancers and actors were absolutely amazing. I loved the interpretation of the devil (Mephistopheles). The ballet part blew my mind. It was one of the best artistic experiences I’ve ever had.

Powerful timeless tale of human nature
I thoroughly enjoyed the show and was particularly drawn to it because it was based on Goethe's classic tale.I enjoyed the music as it was generally melodic and dramatic .The acting seemed good particularly the actor playing Mephistopheles who was wittily demonic. The lighting was very atmospheric in places and the sets were very good.My one criticism is that I paid £204 for a swat but there was little leg room which was uncomfortable and cramped and a little painful at times.I would have thought that the money I paid would have allowed me to stretch my legs. I think the problem here is with the seating being right up next to the wooden barrier at the front of the circle.
