Sensational, moving
A really lucid and moving performance. Conducting was great and the orchestra outstanding. Sound mix of orchestra and singers was very good and quite discreet. Chorus was fabulous as well - wonderful singing, acting, movement. Allan Clayton was really good as Grimes and Bryn Terfel just as powerful as Balstrode. Production, direction, lighting and costumes all combined really well to tell this tragic story with great felicity.

Superb Opera, Brilliantly Produced
One of greatest operas ever in a superb production. Great direction with immaculate singing and acting. I would urge every opera lover to attend.
